"I don't play well with others."

Self-titled Saddest Girl In Australia, Isserley, has time-and-time again proven why she's at the forefront of dark, independent music. Never losing her muse, Isserley has taken over industrial, noise, power-electronics, experimental, trap, witch house, ambient, doom metal, and so many other genres throughout her stay in the scene all with a brutal and bloody motif of sheer horror and self-reflection. From OST's for independent video games such as "Now You See" and "Uriel's Chasm 3: Gelshock"; remix compilations like "Sad Girls Club Vol. 1" wherein producers such as Psy'Aviah, Virtual Terrorist, Monomorte, SNVFF and The Gothsicles appeared; to full length abominations such as "VIRCHOW METHOD", Isserley does what she wants. When she wants. And how she wants.

It is with this in mind that we at Brutal Resonance Records are proud to announce that Isserley's phenomenal EP "Misanthropy Exhibition" will be released in a limited cassette run. The four track EP is one of her finest and our personal favorite. Her talents combined with Ripley Sterling who provided additional production, mixing, and mastering on the EP makes for a sinister ride through a warped mind.

The first song on the EP is an EBM stomper but not in the classic fashion of "strap your boots on and get on the dance floor". No, between Isserley's demented vocals and forbidding backdrop of downward synths, 'Symmetrical' is a twisted horror fairytale begging to be played in the dark. 'I Hurt Myself For Attention' is a noisey meditation on horrible self-loss and gain in the same stroke while 'The Final Girl' presents a bass driven, downtempo beat making Isserley's "Saddest Girl In Australia" claim plausible. "Cry About It" contains a full noise wall for those who like their music grating. To get your mind off of everything in the world and bury it in experimental industrial dance beats, this is the song for you.

If that's not enough, the cassette edition will come with two, unlisted bonus remixes from MONOMORTE and Psyence Fiction for your lofi listening pleasure.

Those who order the cassette version will receive a download code for "Misanthropy Exhibition" which will be provided directly from Isserley's Bandcamp page. Check it out here:
